Welcome to the Bill Snap Beta Program. This application is developed and operated by Buzz Box Video Pty Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, downloading, or using the Bill Snap application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

1. Free Beta Access

You acknowledge that access to the Bill Snap Beta Program is provided to you at no cost.

• In exchange for this free access, you agree that the Service is experimental and provided solely for the purpose of testing and feedback.
• You acknowledge that because the Service is free, it may not meet the same performance or security standards as a paid commercial product.

2. The “Beta” Nature of the Service (“As Is”)

• The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind.
• Buzz Box Video Pty Ltd makes no representations regarding the Service’s functionality, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability.

3. No Security Guarantees

You explicitly acknowledge and agree that Buzz Box Video Pty Ltd does not guarantee the security of the Service.

• You understand that uploading sensitive financial documents (bills, receipts, tax documents) involves inherent risks.
• We do not warrant that your data will be secure from unauthorized access, data breaches, or loss.
• Your use of the Service is at your sole and complete risk.

4. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

Bill Snap uses Artificial Intelligence (including Google AI) to extract data and estimate tax deductibility or warranty status.

• Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy of any data extraction, tax categorization, or warranty identification. AI models can and do make mistakes (“hallucinations”).
• Not Professional Advice: The Service is for information organization only. It does not constitute professional legal, tax, or financial advice.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying all data extracted by the Service before using it for tax returns or warranty claims.

5. Statutory Rights (Australian Consumer Law)

We acknowledge that under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other laws, certain conditions and warranties may be implied which cannot be excluded.

• However, given that this Service is provided at no cost, you acknowledge that any statutory guarantees regarding “acceptable quality” or “fitness for purpose” may not apply or are significantly limited by the nature of the beta testing relationship.
• To the extent that any Non-Excludable Provision does apply, our liability is limited to the resupply of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUZZ BOX VIDEO PTY LTD AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
• ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.
• ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE CONTENT OR AI-GENERATED ADVICE.

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER BASED ON TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF BUZZ BOX VIDEO PTY LTD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buzz Box Video Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any data or content you upload to the Service.
• Any tax penalties, financial losses, or warranty disputes resulting from your reliance on the Service.

8. Third-Party AI Services

You acknowledge that the Service utilizes third-party Artificial Intelligence technologies (such as Google AI) to process your data. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed by these third-party providers. Buzz Box Video Pty Ltd is not responsible for the availability, security, or accuracy of these third-party services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Victoria to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

By using Bill Snap, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
